Okay, the materials and cut files were handed over the the CnC cutter late Tuesday. By late Thursday the puzzle pieces were cut and roughly assembled. Here are some photos.
Isn’t it wonderful when a drawing turns into something tangible? Looks like an awesome place just to hang out. Have you picked up a south African accent yet?

It’s called ‘bendy’ ply here. It’s about 2mm and you can buy with the grain running the length of the ply or the width depending on which radius you are usung it for. Yes, great stuff.
